We Give Thanks For Peace

Let us close our eyes so that we might see.
We give thanks for peace.
We give thanks for the peace that passes understanding.
We give thanks for inner peace.
We pray that people who may not have inner peace will achieve that.
We give thanks for peace within America, though we are not unmindful that America is involved in at least 3 wars.
We pray for all the people in Iraq, Afghanistan and Libya.
We pray for people in other lands where there is war.
May peace prevail on earth one day.
Forever and ever.
