Some Of Us May Come Here

Let us close our eyes so that we might see.
Some of us may come here
with hearts as light as a leaf.
Some of us may come here
with hearts as heavy as a tree.
Some of us may come here
rejoicing over good news.
Some of us may come here
depressed over bad news.
Some of us may come here
seeking to help others.
Some of us may come here
needing the help of others.
Some of us may come here
yearning for peace in our lives.
Some of us may come here
yearning for peace in our world.
However we come here
let us be here now.
Let it be. So be it. And: Amen.
